Hello, and welcome to the Reimer Wellness Center Blog! This is our initial blog entry and our chiropractor is really looking forward to connecting with our patients regularly via this blog. We have been serving patients in the Los Altos, Palo Alto, Mountain View, and San Francisco Bay area for more than 28 years now, and we look forward to the years ahead!

Our Chiropractor Truly Cares

We elected to begin a blog because our chiropractor, Dr. Mary Reimer, often hears questions about holistic healing, life coaching, chiropractic care, and the various healing arts from our patients. Dr. Reimer decided that she would like to provide a resource that is available at all times online where patients can go to get questions answered-which enables Reimer Wellness Center to be here for you around the clock.

Dr. Reimer and our staff provide a full range of treatments including chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, physiotherapy, Graston therapy, and life coaching. We believe that in order for your body to feel fully well, healing must take place from the inside out: If you are having a pain problem or other physical problem, Dr. Reimer approaches the issue where it began and stops it there. We do not use prescription medications or surgical measures to treat pain: We are a complete holistic healing facility and proud to be so.

In the next editions of this blog we are going to be talking about a lot of topics that our Palo Alto and Los Altos patients are interested in. From spinal adjustment to massage therapy to life coaching and well beyond, we want you to know all about the natural healing that we use here at Reimer Wellness Center.
