Dr. Mary Reimer graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 1984 . Since that time she has acted as director of the Reimer Chiropractic and Massage Wellness Center in Los Altos. After receiving her Doctorate in Chiropractic, she went on to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner in a post-graduate program with Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Dr. Mary is also certified in the Graston Technique. Besides spinal care, Dr. Reimer also specializes in extremity conditions (e.g. shoulder and hip bursitis, knee tendonitis, Plantar Fasciatis, heel and foot pain, elbow and wrist conditions and carpal tunnel syndrome, among others). She has a fifteen year old daughter and is very comfortable working with child ailments.

The "Reimer Method" combines Dr. Reimer's unique ability to listen to a person's body, locate where nerve flow is blocked and then restore that flow through care individualized to that person's needs. This gentle and effective approach activates the body's natural healing power and achieves the best results. Dr. Reimer believes that chiropractic care plus massage therapy equal a healing partnership, and greatly appreciates the many years of working together with the truely gifted massage therapists at her Wellness Center. Dr. Reimer's expertise in providing health care for pregnant women incorporates the use of cutomized adjusting tables to accomodate their special needs. She has completed many hours of post-graduate education in this specialty as well as more than 25 years of clinical hands-on experience. Recognizing that a well functioning nervous system is key to optimal health; Dr. Reimer's motto is to always give her patient the best service and treatment while educating them about ways to improve their level of health care.
